NS+P Construction Corp., short for Nevin Santos and Partners, was founded by Nevin Santos initially as a design-focused studio. It has since evolved into an architect-led design-build construction company that offers comprehensive design and construction services — from residential projects and renovations to commercial developments and many more. We are committed to providing quality craftsmanship and delivering innovative design solutions to meet and exceed clients’ expectations, ensuring every project progresses seamlessly from concept to completion.

Nevin Santos
Principal Architect & General Contractor
Nevin is the founder of NS+P Construction Corp. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas in 2019 and has been a licensed architect since 2022. He initially founded NS+P as a design-focused studio that quickly evolved to an energetic design-build construction company.
Mikee Lagmay
Design Director
Mikee has been Nevin's design group partner since college. He graduated Cum Laude at the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in 2019 and has been a licensed architect since 2022. After collaborating with Nevin on various individual projects as his contractor, he joined NS+P to handle the architectural design of the company.
